Splish, Splash!!

This weekend we went to the lake in Marble Falls to celebrate Nana's birthday. Mason loved the boat!

Don't they look like they are having the time of their lives?!?!

Mason even rode the tube behind the boat with Scott. We went very slow of course, but Mason loved it. I think he is going to be my daredevil.

All of the cousins, getting ready to jump in for a swim, Hanna, Bradley and Mason!

Fun at the Ranch

Showing off his walking skills by walking his dog.

Mason and PeeWee riding on the tractor.

Taking a break and eating a snack on the back porch.

He got his very own rocking chair on the back porch.

Last weekend we went to the Ranch with the whole family, the triplets and Nanny included. We had a great time and the 4 hour car ride was not too bad! Mason loved collecting rocks and sticks, watching the windmill, and seeing all of the animals. But most of all he enjoyed riding the Ranger and tractor. PeeWee and Mason rode the tractor around for a while and I think it was the highlight of both of their weekends!

Look at him go!!!

As most of you know, Mason walked around our entire house about three weeks ago all by himself. We were all so proud of him, but then he refused to walk without someone's finger from then on. Well, Friday was the day! Mason woke up from his nap and we went outside to play. He decided that this was the time to take off. He walked alone everywhere! On the porch, to the swing, down the driveway to the mailbox, to "catch" butterflies. It was like a switch was turned on. He hasn't stopped walking since. It is so amazing to just see him walking around the corner. He has been scooting for so long, that to see him walk is truly unbelievable. He is so proud of himself and so are we!

Mother's Day

Look at my two handsome boys! I had the most amazing Mother's Day. We went to church and Mason made me the sweetest card in the nursery with his hand print and picture. It is truly a treasure. Then we met Mom, Dad, Brian, Kara and the triplets for lunch. It was actually pretty calm for the majority of the time. Way to go! Then these two lovely guys picked me up in the parking lot and drove me to the car. How sweet!
I am so truly blessed and honored to be the mommy of this precious little boy. He inspires me to be the best I can be everyday, so I can set a godly example for him. He brings a smile to my face and joy to my life like I could never imagine. And Scott is amazing! He treats me like his princess and is an incredible daddy to Mason. I could not have a better husband and father for my son.
I hope all of you moms had an amazing day as well. Happy Mother's Day everyday!!!!

Rainy Day Fun

What an artist we have! Mason was painting for the first time and loved dipping his paintbrush into the paint over and over and over again.

Stacking stumps to build a mini-bonfire. Gig'em Aggies!

With all of the rain this week we have been a litte stir crazy. Especially since Mason spent all weekend outside with his grandparents while Scott and I were away. All he wants to do it go outside to pick up sticks and rocks and play in his new sandbox from Nana and Papa. Hopefully some pretty weather will be here soon. Until then we will continue to spend many hours at the Children's Museum for a change of scenery.

WEEEE!!!!!

We were in Round Rock this weekend visiting Scott's parents and going to a wedding shower. The weather was so nice Saturday afternoon that we decided to take Mason to the park. He fed the ducks and geese, picked up sticks and played on the slide and swing. He is such a big boy!

Nieces, Nieces, Nieces!!!

Mason and Brooklyn

Caitlyn smiling at Dodie

Addyson, Caitlyn, Jackson and Brooklyn

Here are some pictures of the girls from this weekend. Mason really doesn't mind having all the girls around! As you can see in one of the pictures, he was fascinated with Brooklyn's socks. He loves the name "Brooke-Brooke," so all three of the girls get called this. Look at how big they are now. The little boy is my cousins baby who is 2 months old. The girls are now 4 months old!
